Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Short version: we only collect what we need to work with you, we never sell it, and we don't keep copies of your business data. Questions? Write to [email protected].
1. What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, and the answers you give on the booking form (like your business name and what you'd like help with). A phone or WhatsApp number only if you choose to share it.
- When you pay: your name, email and the details of what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you write to us: the messages you send by email or WhatsApp.
2. How we use it
To schedule and run your calls, deliver what you bought, send receipts, answer your questions and support you afterward. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
3. Your business data during our work
- Everything we build lives in your accounts, and you control the access.
- We only look at what we need to do the work you asked for.
- We don't keep copies of your business data on our side, and we remove our access when we're done.
- We never ask for passwords over text.
4. The tools we use
We rely on a few trusted services to run the business, and each handles your information under its own privacy policy: Calendly (booking), Stripe (payments), Zoom (calls), Microsoft 365 (email) and Cloudflare (this website).
5. Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you open our booking calendar, Calendly may set the cookies it needs to work.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. We keep payment records only as long as the law requires.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
